99 percent of all blogs on the internet have a contact page. Be it on Blogger or Wordpress. In respect to This, Contact Page is one of most Vital Pages A Blog Should Have.

On Some Blogs, the blog owners put up their email address on the contact page while others put up A Contact Form for easier contacting.

But Which is Better To Use? Dropping Email/Mail Link or Putting up a contact form?

In This Post, We gonna be discussing why your blog should/must have a contact form instead of dropping your email address on the contact page.

Below are Few reasons to Use contact Forms on your Blog/website.

*. 1. Less Spam:
When your Email is being displayed on your contact page, it is easier for spammer to get them and fill your mail box with unwanted mails. Putting up a contact form where your email adress is hidden from the sender except when your screen their message to know its not spam and then reply them.

*. 2. User convenience:
Not all users have the time to copy your mail address, login to their email client, then compose message and send. In some cases, your users might not be on their own PC and also might not have a web based mail. They have to remember your blog url when they on their own PC to Contact you. But when you have a contact form on your blog, It is more convenient for your user to Just Put up their Own mail adress, subject and message, Then send at once.

*. 3. Professionalism:
On some More professional Blogs and websites which have different departments with different Email address, Dropping all different departmental email adress on your contact page isnt the best thing to do and it doesnt show any professionalism in your company. But with contact form on your Contact Page, you can have a dropdown menu of all departments in your company. Your User chooses which department he want to mail to. And the message is sent.

*. 4. Guaranteed Reception:
A contact form practically guarantees you will not loose your mails to standard email spam filtering techniques. Those incoming messages can be automatically trusted, whereas email to the same address from random senders will generally have to follow standard spam filtering rules.
